False Advertising and Terrible Customer Care

The company advertises exchanges but you first have to purchase the new size/color etc. Then they fail to send the shipping label for the return. Their customer care has no phone number with which to reach someone. "Contact Us" produces responses from AI equipment, the same over and over. They are scamming people this way. User's recommendation: Don't use Shoes.Com, no customer care.
