I purchased a 2017 Kia Sorento from the Kia dealer in Woodbridge, on the month of July. Since then I've been trying to reach koons organization and Kia cooperation. Finally I got a response from you guys and Kia cooperation, regarding my issues. When I went to the dealer ship to test drive the Kia Sorento, I drove the 2.4 Sorento but immediately I turned around because the car had no power. So I said I wanted the V6 and I asked someone who the general manager was and he said Ali and he told last name and I knew the guy the guy because He is a friend of mine and I asked when he was coming back from vacation and he said next week. So I went next week and saw Ali and I told him that I wanted to buy the V6, Awd and 3rd row seats. He said no problem, and took me to the backlot and showed me a car with the option I want and he said it was a 2.0 turbo with a limited package. I trust his word and I ended up paying 28,500 with the base model and it was not a limited package. The only thing the vehicle I purchased had was leather and turbo seats. Beside that not only did he give me two contracts with two different numbers. I told him the next day and he said he would take care of it by telling me to forge my wife's signature on both contracts, which my wife never been to that dealer ship, not the day of purchase or when I went back.
