I expect a full refund for my money. These happy monkey toys are broken and used!! The packages have been opened and the product IS NOT the product we purchased or the product displayed in the photos in the dresslink site. I cannot give these as gifts to anyone. These products do not work nor do they appear new in any way, shape, or form. We expect a full refund of our money and we will be posting this all over our social media pages.
