It is extremely sad and disappointing that an organisation who vouches on customer satisfaction can not even refund the amount in a scenario where their product cannot be consumed and as a matter of fact even touched by the consumer. I called up the help line as soon as I found out that I was charged for the box, to cancel it . You on the other hand didn't bother to notify me through any mode of communication regarding the upcoming box. Please note an email or a message with the information would have not hurt .. given that you send out a lot of random marketing emails . It's is like it's your strategy to not inform and just discretely send the box so that the customer has no time and you can blame them for not cancelling in time Also as a cherry on the top, the pre selection of meals is more than ridiculous I am a Hindu and don't consume beef or pork . Surprise... that is what I get sent All my friends are of same religion and don't eat that . So me being out of the city can't even ask anyone to pick it up . I see a lot of promotions by you people for free boxes every now and then ... and when there is a genuine goof up regarding the delivery you are telling me that you want me to shell out money for the resources from the farmers ? I m sure you that is well taken care of when you have ongoing contracts with them . This is not just dissatisfactory as a customer but I feel robbed by you guys as you had access to my credit card details This is a mental harassment that I am facing only because i decided to try the famous "Hello fresh " I am gonna post on all social handles regarding my experience and let others now how you dupe people
