This company has only given me and my family issues since we have ordered a product from them. After receiving the product, we were extremely dissatisfied with the quality and misrepresentation of the products. After going on the website and following all of the steps to return the items, filling out the paperwork and emailing all that they asked for I received no response for over 2 weeks. I sent around 7 emails and 3 Facebook messages before I threatened to report them, when they finally responded. The company then offered me $2 to keep the product and not return it. They did not want to give me the return address and did not want me to return the product at all. After saying no multiple times and continuing to ask for the return address, the company then offered me $6. Needless to say this company is refusing to give out their return address even if you have followed all of their steps to return an item. The company refuses to give you money back for your products and is overall a large scam.
