I made an appointment online days ago to have my car oil changed at 7am. Arrived 10mins earlier. Basically about 20 cars pulled up also but since the gate was closed I had to park in the plaza next door til they open the gates. So when they opened the gates all those cars drove in before me although I was the 2nd to arrive. Basically when I had entered and told the guy that I had am appt at 7am..he goes "I dont even know why we have appts" because basically they dont do them. How do you not know when its ON YOUR DAMN SITE! THERE WERE EVEN SLOTS THAT WERE TAKEN! AND I TOOK THE 7AM SLOT. I WAS SO MAD. He told me it would take 2-3hrs to get to mines but its not even promised. I said goodbye and decided to call the corp. They wasted my time, mileage and gas to go there.
