I purchased a 2018 Clarity in January of 2018. The salesman told me I would be eligible for a $6,800.00 refund. What A lie. He lied and I never got the refund. WHY WHY , UP SALE , WHY BAIT& SWITCH? WHY?

Most recently we called to inquire the price amount for a very simple task. A oil change. The service advisor assured us over the phone the price would be : $40.88 for the oil change.
