Failure to respond to emails or phone calls for over two months regarding defective 199.00 duvet cover. The duvet cover and sheets had been monogrammed incorrectly even though I had not ordered them to be monogrammed at all. I sent the duvet cover back and it was received on Nov 1 which they acknowledged. It is December 7 and not one response as to the whereabouts of the replacement, and finally I have asked for a refund, however no one has responded even though the robo-response said someone would in 48 hours. Never shopping there again and will do my best to spread the word about this petty larceny business the owners are running into the ground. I have email trails and delivery receipts from FedEx but no photos or paperwork. The order # CD61-918956 ITEM(S) MISSING FROM ORDER [CSE: ggZ3Me, TKT: wKqvPZ]/fedex transit list and the response was the only direct email I have from them on November 1 at 10:07 AM : Dear Stuart, The return was received two days ago. Please allow the warehouse some time to process it. We have 15 catalogs so it usually takes several weeks for returns and exchanges to be completed, as stated on the return form. Thank you.
