Failure to respond.

i booked two flights to Barbados , my credit card was charged within an hour but i tried to reach Eros to make an important change to my schedule . I called for over four hours , alady answered and asked me to wait but she never returned. I'm trying to get a refund , i 'will let you know..I HAD TO GET TO B'DOS,so i had to find a more dependable company .
