Failure to refund customers unable to curse due to COVID19

When our cruise was cancelled we were told it would be approximately 30 days until we received our refund. I called at 30 days and was told 60 days and then at 60 days I was told 90 days....now its been over 100 days and I call every week and hear the same thing we are processing it. Never any communication from them, I always have to call and then wait on hold until I get a person. Today I have been on hold for over two hours. User's recommendation: Take a cruise line who cares about their customers.
