Wife sustained a small cut to her thumb. Became infected and required Surgery and a weeks hospitalization. Claim filed and paperwork submitted along with releases for medical records for 1 year back. Was informed they never received the medical releases just the endless paperwork with all the documentation notes, bills etc. was told they would resend the form and instead I get a failure to comply case closed letter. Biggest scam company out there. Have no problem taking my money every paycheck but when I am out thousands of dollars and have a hope they will reimburse they say it’s not covered. Cancelled my policy immediately and will inform others to do so as well.
