Failure to investigate claim in timely manner and provide the correct information to the customer to do so

7/6/21 I used my ace flare card @ Capital One ATM it didn't give me the funds but the funds were electronically debit from Ace flare. I immediately filed a dispute w/ Ace Flare. Capital one has been cooperating. However Ace Flare/ MetaBank said the investigated. Capital one has not heard from them. So they lied. Worse customer service ever. Thieves. Unfortunately, Capital one can't do anything until they are contacted by Ace Flare/MetaBank/netspend. Avoid this so called institution.
