Failure to disclose previous damage to vehicle
1
Purchased 2 year old vehicle with 30K miles from dealership. No disclosure made to me regarding previous damages from wreck. When I asked dealership about this, as vehicle is devalued by 25% at this time, I was told "just don't tell any prospective buyers". Appears to be their business motto. They also refused mediation with Autocap, of which they are a member. Paperwork, which I still have, says certified used vehicle, which Nissan states means of better value than others. Nissan USA refused to become involved also however, telling me there was nothing they could do. Be very wary of purchasing a vehicle through this dealership
