Purchased tickets for Yankees spring game the day prior and after being on phone with them for literally hours day of game and after promises we would go to game... we will call back... I waited with my 11 yr son outside the gate while watching everyone walking in game and we are on hold. There have not been too many more pissed off moments worse than this in my life. I will never, ever use Stub Hub again. User's recommendation: Do not believe the promise they will cover and problems it is a lie.
