Doing business with Kia Finance has been the biggest mistake of my life!!!!!! I have spent hours following up on a state to state title transfer request and every time I call I'm given a different answer than I got on the previous call and, I'm told I have to wait another month for the title to be transferred. I can't talk to anyone in the title department, and I've escalated my request each time I call but no one calls me back. This transfer was required by state law to have happened 60 days from the date of request and I'm well past 60 days at this point. User's recommendation: I wouldnt recommend Kia Finance to anyone!
