Failure to cancel orders

I have sent several e-mails to cancel orders but have no confirmation that this has been done. I have been trying since end of April . cancellation was requested within an hour of ordering TB 210429A9188 as I was unaware that the order had gone through. I cancelled o/n TB210429A3042 because I was stressed out with having no confirmation of cancellation.
