Failure of UN65 TV

UN65J6300 developed white spot on screen 6 months ago and now a second one. About 2" diameter, there all the time it is on. This TV is off warrantee, I just wanted to see what Samsung would do to stand behind the product before I went shopping again. They are way to hard to get ahold of Thanks Bob User's recommendation: Buy a different brand???
