Mercari. Lazy. Seller sold Counterfeit sunglasses, not as pictured, and shipped from a bogus address and provided a bogus return address. Mercari. Lazy. Will not refund items until the SELLER OF THE COUNTERFEIT GOODS WITH THE FAKE ADDRESS tells them that theyve received the return. TWO WEEKS later I reported to PayPal and upon notification of this Mercari says they will not work on the issue because I told on them. Customer service Supervisor, Viv Lazy. Bad at their job User's recommendation: Use Poshmark or even Craigslist, they’ll protect you better as a buyer.
