Failed to provided required testing material

penn foster aka international correspondence school, harcourt learning direct, etc. when the "heat" is on they, like most scams simply change names and continue "business as usual" from 925 oak st scranton, pa. i enrolled in an as degree program in business mgmt. hld refused to provided test material for module 1 until i enrolled and paid tuition for module 2. i had decided early that the program was a scam and knew i wasn't going to continue. fortunately i was a va student and was protected. i subsequently graduated from a brick & mortar state of tx community college. advice: beware of these "distance learning" scams.
