Failed to honor gift card

Original review updated by user Apr 23, 2021 Placed my order and the box labeled to enter discount or gift code always rejected the code as invalid. Numerous attempts and no result. After filing a complaint and three days later I was told to only enter the code on a laptop or desktop. I did. So their solution is to only use certain devices and when told that did not work, there has been no response. That was directly after their solution included to contact Jesse who said if all else fails I guess I will manually enter my order. And of course Jesse never responded. I filed a BBB complaint and now wait for the business response. Are they using the bulk of customer funds as interest free loans?! Hmmm. User's recommendation: Do not use this business.
