I purchased a delivery service from Parcel2Go on 21st February to send a second had phone to a friend in Germany. I dropped the parcel at a local shop who takes small parcels for Hermes. My parcel was supposed to be delivered by 16th March, I kept trucking the parcel but the parcel never moved from Hermes Depot. When I contacted Parcel2Go I was told wait till the delivery date. Then on 17th March when I complained they started moving the parcel. However the parcel still not been delivered and Parcel2Go blames it on Customs. User's recommendation: Never and ever use Parcel2Go.
