Failed to deliver.. again..

Update by user Aug 11, 2011 PLEASE NOTE... THIS ARTICLE WAS WRITTEN ABOUT "STAPLES" ---NOT--- "MASON DIXON INTERMODAL"!!!! THERE WAS SOME TYPE OF ERROR DURING POSTING, AND THIS SHOULD NOT BE HERE! PLEASE DISREGARD THE ABOVE!! Original review posted by user Jul 11, 2011 My office ordered on a Thursday and expected a delivery on Friday. Wrong. So I called in and was 'politely' told that we should expect it the following business day (Friday) since it did not make the "five o'clock delivery." So we waited. Wrong again. By noon on Monday we called again to verify that our delivery was on the way when we were once again notified it could take "up to another 48 hours" to deliver the order, it hadn't even made it onto the truck.... What exactly, is going on?!!! To make matters worse, we are going to pick up the order from a store. There isn't even an efficient way of handling this change so the business has to be charged all over again so that we can get our stuff. AND we must wait for our previous order.. AND we can't use our same coupons of which have now been WASTED... THANKS STAPLES... FOR NOTHING!!
