I order basic accessories for my mouse and cable ties. I wanted to test out an order before I started ordering high valued items. Thank god I did. They have set my order on pending for over a month outside their return window with no updates in sight. I have contacted support many times and finally filed a claim with FedEx. I do not know why they would ever trust FedEx with any package. User's recommendation: Order only on Amazon or trusted market place. Do not go to their website nor trust their support to help you in any way.
