Failed double glazing

In 2013 I purchased double glazing for a bay window. The window consists of eight double glazed units, five of which are now showing misting in the morning when the Windows are cold. When I called the helpline and explained the problem, I was told to give it a month and if the problem still persisted I should call back and they would come out and replace the failed units. Four weeks later on March the first 2021 I called back to tell them that the Windows are still misting When they are cold, only to be told that because the misting is only apparent when the Windows are cold, they do not class this as a complete failure and therefore will not replace them under their advertsed ten year guarantee.
