I had patio doors fitted earlier in the year 2019 and one of the rubber door stoppers was missing . I told the fitters that day and they said they would get one sent in post. nothing arrived. I had problems locking the doors. it took OVER A WEEK to get someone to come and fix them....

No airplane space!?
Something unthinkable! I bought a ticket 2 months in advance Riga-Vienna, but right at the boarding I am told that I do not have a seat in the plane... that it is as if a smaller plane has been given... one seat smaller? Because I was the only one who had no place. Just someone had decided to fly today and throw me out. Offered to fly the same day later with a transfer via Berlin. In the end it was said, let's see if everyone will come, maybe there will be a place free, thank God it was, but now it's something incomprehensible!
