What a freakin nightmare! I ordered 3 days prior to delivery date, and these [censored]s didn't deliver. I phoned on the date of delivery and some bimbo stated that delivery cutoff time is 8:00pm, but no delivery. I phoned the following day and the customer service rep had such a strong accent that I couldn't understand a word. I demanded fresh flowers delivered today or credit my acct. I normally use 800flowers, and don't know what possessed me in using this [censored]ty proflowers. Don't trust this company!
