Failed to deliver water three times in a row since June! Ive had to go to homedepoot to get a bottle and I am physically unable to lift the bottles by myself. Customer service makes all sorts of promises yet the local manager has no idea how to run a route or deliver water. Stay very far away from this company. And if they have screwed you over too, file a formal business complaint and report to the BBB. This company should not even be in business. User's recommendation: Never use this company.
