Wow ......Tried to color my hair the Sinful Silver......Its dry and feels like straw and the color didnt take. After I called I was sent more color and was told to color again wow........Nothing like picture Not even close. Customer Serv doesn't seem to Know what to say but there has been lots of suggesting I 've done something wrong......... Its my fault!!! I am so totally stressed.
