Faces hair falling problem

When I use dove shampoo after 6 months I have started hair falling problem when I use dove conditioner after shampoo my hair going fall down I have faces hairball problems what I can do u don't know when i use it i fell my hair became fizzy and ruf also and hair fall problem also so I request u all please don't use any type of dove shampoo and conditioner because its harm your hair
