Had a 12pm appointment and two people with appointment after mine was seen before me. This after I had been waiting over an hour past my appointment time. When I spoke with the representative he was so nonchalant. I canceled my appointment and no one there seem to care. This was worst customer service I have every experience User's recommendation: No to go to visionwork.
