Extremely unhappy

I placed an order with plenty of time for it to get delivered to my house it's been almost 30 days and I just keep being told its stuck in customs this is not ok. Then I get a response from the emails and it's always the same thing no answers. User's recommendation: DONT ORDER FROM PAT PAT.
