Extremely Rude web agent

My goods were claimed to have been delivered at 22.34 no photograph just the updated tracking status. When I tried to speak to HofF you simply cant. You have to do it via a web-chat. I was told Id have to wait 5 days for an investigation to be completed. When told the operator that was unacceptable I was spammed 22 times with the same request to supply information I had already supply twice. So I disconnected the call. So disappointed at firstly HofF using Hermes - the worst courier company and for the appalling customer service.
