I have invited my girlfriend to The Meatball Room restaurant. I had a discount coupon and when we arrived and provided our coupon they said they don't accept coupons. Not to mention that there was a sign on the entrance stating that they accept coupons and that all coupons must be presented before ordering. Then I found a manager and wanted to discuss the situation, but he said he was too busy and turned his back on me! Absolutely terrible service! So we decided to find another place to eat. Don't go to The Meatball Room, stuff is highly unprofessional and their manager is a freak!
