Communicating an order to the employees is very difficult. The girl working didn’t want to be bothered to take our order...could barely hear her mumble when I asked a question... I pointed to a ready made pizza in the case and asked the price, she rudely pointed to the menu board without saying a word! The guy making the pizzas yelled from across the room “ ALL THE PRICES ARE ON THE BOARD” Which I couldn’t read because I forgot my glasses! The general feeling is that a customer is interfering with whatever they are doing.. pretty sad when there’s only four restaurants to choose from in this mall and the staff of this Sbarro could care less! We left feeling badly and ate someplace else! It wasn’t even busy, we were the only ones in line! Completely disgusted !! I feel badly for the owner to have such a disgraceful staff! ZERO STARS !
