Extremely poor customer service-never received my order
Ordered expensive organic cotton pillows Feb. 9, 2014. To date, 4/15/14, have yet to receive those items. Contacted company by email 3 times in March inquiring where the pillows were and each time Heidi said, "they had just been shipped or were just about to be shipped or the order was misplaced and they would be immediately shipped". Called today to talk to a supervisor. Heidi answered the phone. She said there was no one I could talk to but her. I asked if she owned the company and she said she didn't. I asked what her boss' name was so I could speak to her supervisor, and call back when her supervisor was in and she told me she was in charge and was "the only one I could talk to". She would not let me talk to anyone but her because she knew I was going to complain about the extreme lack of customer service. I told her I would write a bad review if she continued to block me from speaking to anyone else at the company who might resolve this issue. She told me to go ahead a write a negative review---she didn't care. I cancelled my order and will NEVER do business with this company again!!
