No one answered the phone...was on hold for 5 minutes and then was just disconnected. This is regards to the Prescott Valley, AZ store on Glassford Hill Rd. This has been an ongoing issue of stoned employees, no inventory, and EXTREMELY poor customer service. If Baskin and Robbins cares at all about their reputation these multiple embarrassing issues should be dealt with immediately. If I had any Affiliation with Baskin and Robbins I would be ashamed and extremely embarrassed.
