Poor customer service. Refusal to correct errors in billings. Lies, cheat and dishonesty. 1 hour to answer calls. This company should not be allowed to operate in California or any other Country. The WORST Company I have ever dealt with....do not conduct business with Brinks Brinks!!! Brinks!!! people people. User's recommendation: Do not conduct Business with this CO.

》 Unfair treatment of having to pay on a verbal, not written, contract and Brinks will not work with me to settle this. I will not have service for two years and they want to drain me of money.

》 COULD NOT CANCEL

》 I have hard wired sensors. been customer since 2014. I agreed to renew for 3 years, however, was never told about the new sensors which is expensive to replace.

》 Doorbells Not Working in Months

》 Cancel the continued billings for services I have not received and stop contacting me by phone and snail mail.
