Extremely Poor after sales customer support

After waiting an unbelievable amount of time on the telephone for the customer support team to answer the call, I was very disappointed in the support! The representative was very short, as if her performance metric was measuring the number of calls that she took vs quality of support. She was short, offered no help suggestions. She didn't ask questions to better understand the situation. Felt like I was abandoned by Winegard! Won't be purchasing or recommending Winegard products ever again! User's recommendation: Too many other good antenna options to buy, no need to put up with poor after sales support from Wineguard! Don't buy!
