Well I got a gift from my daughter and son-in-law on Mother's Day from this company and seeming how it was a gift that I was unaware of I wasn't at home due to the fact that I fractured my ankle and was unable to walk up 3 flights of stairs and wasn't anywhere near the vicinity of my apartment. I attempted to call and was met with all sorts of blocks and didn't get any communication from the store in Rogers Park.
