Extremely disappointing experience of trying to sell a car through Vroom

It has been more than a month trying to sell my car through vroom. - Misplaced email request - asked to send another request - returned the car title - constantly confusing between the first request and the second request - requested for car title and then sent it back - frustrating experience - no help when called - constantly transferring the call to another agent or Dept User's recommendation: It is neither convenient nor time efficient.
