We purchased our couch late late last year from our local Big Sandy Superstore. The cushions are warped, and the material has become so unpleasant to sit on, my husband and I have both had awful rashes. I created a work order. Someone came out and said everything was fine. I called back and now someone else is coming out to shave the fabric? We are so unhappy with the quality of this material, construction as well as the cost of this couch. Im very close to filling a complaint with our local Attorney Generals office but Im hoping they do the right thing and replace our couch with a different style and fabric. User's recommendation: Piece of junk.
