extreme delay on parcel delivery, staff attitude

Dear Aramex customer service team, package tracking number [protected] I regret to inform you I had a very bad experience dealing with Aramex courier services and stuff for the past two months. I was expecting a parcel around 10 July, I received an email from kyriakos prountzis on the 11th asking for my invoice for customs purposes and I replied on the 12th with all the necessary attachments because 11th was a Sunday. Now today, 12 days later, still have not heard from Aramex, still have not received my parcel, and whenever I tried to call, i'm told that they cannot tell me when I will receive it and that it will be on the next days. On my previous delivery with Aramex which happened in the end of june, It was a similar situation. Parcel delivery Late more than 15 days in the end the career came without any notice and expected that I will be home waiting for him without knowing when is he coming. When I asked if you could go to my sisters house which is literally three minutes from mine and deliver the parcel there he refused to do that rudely. I am attaching screenshots of the email i sent to Kyriakos proutziis on the 12th and screen shot of the date since when my parcel is in Cyprus but not yet delivered. Today, 27th of July i still have no news about my parcel and the staff at Limassol office could not tell me when approximately it will be delivered. I'm really disappointed with Aramex services I find it very unprofessional of you because customers shouldn't be treated like that. have a good day
