Extreamly slow, over-priced service shop.

*** place for service. Came in for oil change and tire rotation, and to turn off a dealer setting on my 3 month old truck. Made an appointment, came in and had a 15 minute *** to wait before I could check in. They had to reenter all my information that I made the appointment with again. Service advisor and tech was not familiar with the settings and turning on/off process of their controlers. Said since its not broken (fake engine noise setting is too loins when hauling) that I would have to pay $125 (1 hour) to turn it off. It was an electronic on/switch that I had to explain and show how to adjust. The oil change took 3 hours to complete. I waited thinking it would be a short and simple process. Several others in the waiting room also here for oils changes took just as long. This is a basic, unimpressive, over-charging, dealership service provider. Below average meeting customer expectations. This was my first visit, will not return, do not recommend.
