extra charges, car hire not as stated, no response to complaint

Car was booked through Easyterra but provider was Maggiore Car Hire. Booked a Fiat 500 (or similar) car well in advance for collection from Milan Station at 2.00pm. Waited 3 hours before they 'offered' us a Smart car. We really wanted a 4 seater to fit luggage in. They basically told us to take it or leave it. There were 2 other couples who were waiting for cars so we thought we would be left without any car so we reluctantly took it. We booked the car to drop off at Bergamo Airport. The car was paid for up front through Easyterra. Dropped car off as arranged. A week or so later they charged us about £50 for the drop off fee. So far 3 emails have failed to produce any response from Easyterra. They don't appear to have any phone lines to contact them. Whilst they appear to be cheap I won't be dealing with them again.
