I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS SHIPPING COMPANY. I ORDERED UNDER SHOPEE AND THEY NORMALLY USE ENTREGO AND EVERY TRANSACTIONS WENT SO SMOOTHLY NO HASSLE EVEN IF WE DONT RECEIVE ANY CALL OR TEXT FROM THE DELIVERY GUY THEY STILL MAKE IT. MY EXPERIENCE HERE IN TO GO YOU HAVE TO CALL AND FOLLOW UP WHICH IS VERY TIME CONSUMING EVEN IF IT IS OUR RESPONSIBLE AS A BUYER TO WAIT FOR OUR PARCELS TO COME AND UNDERSTAND THAT WE ARE NOT THEIR ONLY CUSTOMER BUT THIS ONE IS A TOTAL EXEMPTION THEY DO NOT HAVE THE SENSE OF COMMITMENT THOUGH THE CSR THEY ARE ONLY DOING THEIR JOB NA TO RELY ALL THE INFOS THEY GOT FROM THE BRANCH . THE MAIN PROBLEM IS THE DELIVERY BRANCH THEY DO NOT HAVE A PROPER SYSTEM I JUST ASK MY CLIENT TO JUST PICK UP THE PARCEL IN 2GO GUGUINTO AS WE RECEIVED A CALL THAT ITS THERE ALREADY SHE WENT THERE AND TO HER SURPRISE THAT THE ADDRESS IS NOT CORRECT THE SAME ADDRESS PROVIDED IN THEIR WEBSITE AND I CALLED THE CSR THEY TOLD ME ITS IN BALIUAG BRANCH. AND I WAS LIKE?! ARE YOU SERIOUS?! PLAYING WITH US THEY HOLD MY LONG OVERSEAS CALL THAT TOOK US 40 MINS STILL NO RESPONSE I REDIAL AGAIN THEY HOLD AGAIN FOR 10 MINS STILL NO RESPONSE. AND I CALLED I AGAIN STILL NO RESPONSE. WE GIVE UP WE DONT CARE ABOUT THE PROFIT I CAN GET BUT THE EFFORT, TRUST, TIME AND COMMITMENT THAT THEY WASTED.THE ISSUE HERE IS NOT WITH THE CSR BUT THE BULACAN BRANCH WHO IS RESPONSIVE TO OUR CALL
