Extech Oyster 341350 pH/Conductivity/TDS/Salinity/ORP Meter

I just received a brand new Extech Oyster 341350A pH/Coductivity/TDS/Salinity/ORP Meter with a new electrode. I can not calibrate pH 7.0 in pH 7.0 buffer solution with a % calibration reading, it only indicates SA and END. However pH 10.0 and pH 4.0 buffer solutions showed % calibration readings. Please trouble shoot what's wrong, otherwise I have to return the meter because it does not serve daily recording needs.
