I purchased my car on 9/6, paid cash, and initially was very pleased with the whole deal until I found out that the temporary registration and license were issued under the wrong name. After much telephoning, after spending hours on hold, with unhelpful so-called advocates, I reached one two days ago, two days before the expiration of the registration. I was t old to call today, on the day of the expiration, and that everything will be okay, my name on the paperwork. So I called early this morning and was told that I could download my registration, with my name on it, at the end of today, which I did. Another mistake. This evening I was informed that this usually takes 24 to 36 hours and to check again tomorrow. I am thoroughly disgusted with Carvana at this point and wish I had not purchased the car from them. I have no quarrel with the car itself, it's their after the sale customer service. Their advocates most of the time don't know their job, they promise you things just to get rid of you. Would I recommend them to my friends? I very much doubt it. I hope things will finally be okay tomorrow but I am not really very confident. Read all of the reviews and then decide for yourself. I will let you know. Buying a car through a dealer, when things are going wrong, you can march into their office and raise holy *** You can't do this with Carvana.
