On 9.3.18 I went shopping to Spar Supermarket at the Arcades Shopping Mall in Lusaka, Zambia. Amongst other food stuff, I had bought a Packet of Biscuit. When I opened for Break-Fast on the 12.3 .18, It did not taste good, so I looked at the Expiry Date on the package (Box) and noticed that SPAR had sold me an already expired food product, The same day in the afternoon I went back to Spar and first straight went to the Biscuits Department (Shelves) to find out whether only my packet was expired or were other packets of the same type were also expired.to my surprise there were several packets still on the shelve with expired dates having passed (for which I managed to take photographs whilst on the shelve), I quickly brought this to the attention of the Store Manager, So far they have only given me an acknowledgement of my complaint on their Headed paper (Letter-Head)confirming the same / incidence (the original copy of which I still have in my possession). Now I am having hard time getting it resolved. How are you able to help me?
