Dear sir, I went to the authorized air Arabia office in khobar, thuqba area for asking some doubts regarding the cancellation of my flights and travels. This incident happened on 18/03/2021 @ 4 pm. The guy who is responsible there was locked the door( not at all in prayer time) and speaking to somebody and laughing through phone, so I knocked the door several times but he didn't like that. Finally he opened the door but he is continuing the chat in phone. The chair they placed for customers is not properly placed so I stand in front of his desk suddenly he shouted to me and asking why you didn't show your tawalkana application and why you come closer and continuing his chat also. In fact, I stand in front of his desk and he didn't ask me about tawalkana app. Of course he should tell all these things in a polite manner instead of shouting. From that time itself he is arguing with me whatever I say, so I told him that, I think you are not in a good mood, again he shouted and annoying me. His attitude to the customers like to humiliate them. I didn't expect this kind of attitude from reputed airlines like air Arabia. I look forward to your prompt response on this matter.
