1. I hate the name of this review platform - obviously you do not know what it really means, or you not use such a crude expression, and the fact a major company uses it as a platform of communication by consumers is even more disheartening. 2. I love my new Evolution Disposal unit (1hpw) by Insinkerator, however, I do not like the fact the food does not automatically go down the drain when dumped into sink, but sits on top of baffle. (Am currently trying to work on this) 3. I love the fact the units are produced in USA, however do NOT like fact customer Service lines are farmed out to overseas. If you must do that, then at least provide the ability for the call, on request, to be transferred to a customer service rep in the USA.
